And I'm so happy you're here!!
So many of my favorite memories in life seem to take place either around the table enjoying delicious (and healthy) food, out adventuring somewhere in nature, in our kitchen creating recipes for my family and focusing on my own physical fitness and health. I am blessed to be married to my best friend Michael, the most amazing and talented husband. I am a healthy food enthusiast, adventure lover and fitness devotee. We are young empty nesters who are enjoying this incredible stage in our lives. I am also an advocate of self-care and appreciating every day to its fullest. It is important to me to put 110% into what I do or if my name is attached to it. I believe to always strive to do the best I can with remembering a healthy balance along the way. Remember “balance” is important. Just like a profit and loss statement, our lives must achieve that balance in the end.

  • Camping breakfasts are the best 💕
  • Overnight oats are one of my favorite breakfast. They provide a healthy carb. I like to add some unsweetened Greek yogurt for some healthy protein. Then for the toppings some fresh berries, hemp hearts, unsweetened shredded coconut and homemade granola. ♥️♥️
  • Snowshoeing ❤️❤️
  • February will be one year since my journey with weightlifting and a structured exercise program began! 💕 Michael and I have always been into health and fitness but the past 11 months we have taken things up a couple notches 😊. Looking forward to seeing where 2021 takes us! 💕
  • Just wanted to share the cutest thing! We always say prayers before dinner and typically our little two-year-old grandson just watches. Tuesday when he was over, he put his hands together and prayed with Papa 💕🙏. It was just the cutest thing ever! Thankfully, I was not seated at the table because I was eating dinner later with @deana.lorraine & @thorsbrother but Michael had to get out the door so ate early. And, thankfully I could snap this picture without him seeing me.
  • We cannot get through the Christmas season without watching our all-time Christmas favorites! This movie is definitely at the top of our list. ♥️♥️
